Registration is first come, first serve. We encourage spouses to attend, just make sure you're registered so we can save you a seat! :) Class Location & Times?Our classes are taught in downtown Anchorage, in the training room at the Extended Stay Deluxe Hotel at 8th & A Street; easy walking distance from the Federal Building in downtown.Classes start at 8:00 am. Our FERS retirement seminars are generally concluded by 4:00pm. Confusion About Classes?Plan Your FERS Retirement Classes are currently *NOT* taught at the 'Annex' at 8th & C. Our classes are now held at the Extended Stay Deluxe Hotel on 8th & A Street.Years ago, we taught FERS pre-retirement seminars at the Annex, however there is another group teaching those classes now. To our knowledge, the classes at the Annex are taught by Snow Federal Seminars (formerly the Snow Cap Agency) Google "Snow Federal Seminars" if you'd like information about their classes.
